AL-DON Indoor Air Quality Specialists, LLC is seeking an experienced HVAC Installation Tech in St. Louis, MO.

The role involves installing residential and light commercial systems, completing ductwork and piping, testing performance, and ensuring code compliance while delivering a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of installation experience, a valid driver’s license, and knowledge of HVAC systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years HVAC installation experience
• Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record
• Strong understanding of residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Experience with ductwork, refrigeration systems, and gas piping
• Knowledge of low-voltage controls and startup procedures
• HVAC trade school preferred
• NATE certification (or ability to obtain within one year)
• Ability to obtain St. Louis County HVAC Journeyman License within 2-3 years

Responsibilities

• Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Complete ductwork, gas piping, and refrigeration piping
• Test and balance systems for proper performance
• Ensure installations meet local codes and company standards

Location: St. Louis, MO

Pay Range: $30.00 - $42.00 per hour (depending on experience) + Bonus Pay for After-Hours Work

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-4:00 PM | Overtime Available
