As a locally owned, family-oriented company with 30+ years in Hampton Roads, you will install residential and light commercial systems, read wiring diagrams, and mentor junior installers while delivering top‑notch customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license with clean record in past 5 years.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and blueprints.
• Universal EPA Certification.
• Willingness to obtain low voltage license within 2 years and NATE certifications within 1 year.
• Strong customer service abilities and leadership potential.

Responsibilities

• Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems to company specs.
• Provide outstanding service and communicate with customers.
• Support and develop junior installers on the team.
• Read wiring diagrams, perform system balancing and sheet metal fabrication.
• Balance independent work with strong teamwork.

Pay & Benefits

• $23.00 - $33.00 per hour, based on your experience and abilities
• $2,000 sign-on bonus
• Available overtime pay

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM, with occasional overtime and rotational evening assignments as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of documented residential HVAC installation experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid driver's license with no DUI or reckless driving violations in the past 5 years
• Ability to read and understand wiring diagrams and blueprints
• Universal EPA Certification
• Solid customer service abilities and readiness to take on leadership tasks
• Willingness to obtain low voltage license within 2 years and NATE certifications within 1 year
