Chesapeake Climate Control is seeking an experienced HVAC Installer for residential new construction. The role requires hands-on installation, adherence to IECC energy codes, and the ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

You will install systems, follow safety policies, communicate with supervisors and project managers, and transport tools to job sites. A reliable, detail-oriented team player with 2–4 years of experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on HVAC installation experience in residential new construction (REQUIRED).
• Extensive knowledge of IECC energy codes and HVAC installation practices.
• Must have own hand tools and reliable transportation.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and proactively, as well as collaboratively within a team.
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in extreme weather conditions and manage physically demanding tasks.
• Must demonstrate a “No Excuses, Make It Happen” attitude.

The HVAC Installer will be responsible for the full installation of HVAC systems in newly constructed residential properties. This position requires hands-on mechanical skill, adherence to energy code standards, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
