Job summary

Central Air, LLC. in Brookfield, CT is seeking a Residential HVAC Installer to join our locally owned team. You will install furnaces, AC units, and ductwork with a take-home company vehicle and full tools.

We offer competitive pay ($35.75–$50.00/hr), sign-on bonus up to $5,000, flexible 4/10 schedules, medical/dental/vision, 2 weeks PTO, holidays, and NATE certification reimbursement. Must have 2+ years’ installation experience, EPA Universal Certification, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• EPA Universal Certification.
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
• Strong customer service skills and professional appearance.
• Ability to work independently and follow safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Install residential HVAC systems including furnaces, AC units, and ductwork.
• Ensure installations meet code requirements and company quality standards.
• Perform system start-ups, testing, and adjustments independently.
• Provide professional, respectful customer service.
• Complete required documentation accurately and on time.
• Maintain vehicles, tools, and equipment safely.
• Train and mentor apprentices.

Pay & Incentives

• Hourly Pay: $35.75-$50.00/hour (based on experience and licensing)
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $5,000, structured based on licensing and certifications
