Aire Serv is seeking an experienced HVAC Install Manager to lead our installation team in Atoka, TN. This role focuses on developing installers, driving quality, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will coach, mentor, and train staff, coordinate with dispatch and operations, and manage resources to maximize efficiency. A strong leader with HVAC expertise and a dedication to safety will thrive here.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential HVAC experience.
• Previous leadership, supervisory, or management experience.
• Strong technical HVAC knowledge.
• Experience coaching and developing technicians.
• Customer-focused mindset.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of HVAC installers.
