Job summary

Intermountain Home Services is seeking an experienced HVAC Lead Installer to oversee residential and light commercial installation projects. This leadership role requires strong communication, a commitment to doing things right the first time, and the ability to guide a team to completion.

You will lead installation of all HVAC systems, supervise apprentices, coordinate jobsite logistics, and ensure safety and customer satisfaction on every job.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years HVAC installation experience.
• Leadership or crew lead experience preferred.
• EPA Certification required.
• RMGA Certification required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation of all residential HVAC systems including ductwork, furnaces, condensers, and thermostats.
• Supervise and mentor apprentices and install team members.
• Coordinate jobsite logistics, timelines, and material needs.
• Communicate with customers and ensure satisfaction upon job completion.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites.
• Ensure all work meets code and company quality standards.
