Job summary

Professor Gatsby's Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical is seeking an HVAC Installation Manager to own the installation department and drive quality execution across residential projects. You will structure operations, streamline workflows, and scale our installation business while mentoring crews to meet high standards of quality and integrity.

This full-time, in-office role in West Berlin, NJ requires a proven supervisory background, and a track record of leading a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of direct experience in residential HVAC installation.
• Proven track record in a supervisory or management role with verifiable professional references.
• Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and develop a high-performing installation department.
• Working knowledge of ordering equipment, evaluating AHRI certificates, and performing load calculations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all HVAC installation processes to guarantee jobs are executed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.
• Schedule in-home energy audits and coordinate necessary financing, permits, and equipment logistics.
• Measure, order, and coordinate custom ductwork and equipment to meet precise project specifications.
• Verify initial sales measurements for complete accuracy and make required technical modifications.
