Job summary

Service Experts Heating & AC-WV LLC is seeking an Assistant Installer to support residential and light commercial HVAC system installs under direct supervision in homes across our service area. You'll assist with installing heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and related components, learn from experienced installers, and uphold safety and quality standards while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years HVAC experience with technical training preferred.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Licensing/certifications as required by federal, state, provincial, or local laws.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Flexible hours and on-call availability.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Access to attics, basements, crawl spaces as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation of HVAC equipment in the customer’s home under direct supervision.
• Assist in installing heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment and accessories as per specs.
• Assist in duct installation and fittings.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Assist in delivery and removal of equipment needed to complete installations.
• Ensure company property and tools are properly used and accounted for.
• Complete paperwork neatly and timely.
• Represent the company professionally and ethically.
• Keep installation vehicle clean and organized.
• Perform other duties as needed.
• Maintain regular attendance.
