Service Experts is seeking an Installer Helper I to assist skilled installers with HVAC system installations in customers’ homes. This entry-level position offers on-the-job training under close supervision and exposure to a range of routine installation tasks.

You will support equipment installation, duct work, and accessories, while handling basic paperwork and helping maintain tools and vehicles. A focus on safety and customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; related HVAC training preferred.
• EPA and safety certifications required by local regulations.
• Basic understanding of heating, air conditioning, and ventilation equipment.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities
