Comfort Systems USA Shoffner is seeking an HVAC Service Apprentice eager to learn and grow with a top-tier team. You will gain hands-on experience installing ductwork and equipment, while developing skills across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems in commercial settings.

Qualifications

• HVAC trade school or commercial HVAC experience preferred.
• High mechanical aptitude required.
• Must pass background and motor vehicle checks; drug-free workplace.
• Willing to work 10-hour days with overtime and on-call shifts.
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs and work in extreme conditions.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to properly install HVAC equipment and ductwork.
• Learn aspects of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
• Maintain and troubleshoot commercial HVAC equipment.
• Service split systems, rooftop units, heat pumps, and DX systems.
• Test and replace parts with appropriate instruments.
• Perform preventative maintenance for commercial customers.
• Remain customer service focused.
