Job summary

Comfort Systems USA Shoffner is seeking individuals to join our HVACR apprenticeship program, combining classroom learning with on‑the‑job training to become skilled technicians.

You will lay out and install duct work, handle equipment, use power tools, work at heights, and learn NCCER standards in a safety‑first environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience with hand tools and tape measures is a plus.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions and environments.

Responsibilities

• Lay out and install commercial duct work in various job settings.
• Unload, move, and handle duct work safely.
• Finish and seal duct work to specifications.
