Job summary

Absolute Services in Louisville, KY is seeking licensed HVAC installers to join its growing team. The role emphasizes delivering WOW customer service, flexible scheduling, and reliable, high-quality work.

You will install, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems, maintain safety standards, and document work in Service Titan. A valid KY Journeyman license and driver’s license are required, with pre-employment screenings.

Qualifications

• Valid KY Journeyman HVAC license is required.
• Valid US Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to pass pre-employment drug test and background check.
• Physical dexterity and ability to perform physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Install, clean, adjust and repair HVAC systems, including air handling units, ductwork, vents, and drainage.
• Troubleshoot HVAC systems to diagnose issues.
• Perform emergency repairs promptly and safely.
• Ensure compliance with appliance standards and Occupational Health and Safety Act.
• Document repairs and work completed in Service Titan.
• Communicate clearly with customers to explain issues, solutions and outcomes.

What You Will DO

• Install, clean, adjust and repair HVAC systems- air handling units, duct work, vents, condensation drainage.
• Troubleshoot HVAC systems and equipment to diagnose.
• Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently on HVAC systems.
• Ensure compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act
• Track HVAC repairs and work completed in trade software, Service Titan.
• Engage with customers/clients to inform them of issues, solutions and outcomes; recommend products and services for optimal system performance.

What You NEED

• Must have a valid KY Journeyman HVAC license*
• Valid US Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record
• Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug test and background check
• Good work ethic and willingness to learn new methods.
