Formación

• Lead residential HVAC installations and mentor helpers.
• Strong communication with homeowners and team members.
• Attention to safety, codes, and quality workmanship.

Responsabilidades

• Lead installation projects from start to finish.
• Install furnaces, AC, heat pumps, and related equipment.
• Train and mentor installation helpers and apprentices.
• Ensure installations meet company standards and codes.
• Troubleshoot installation issues and propose solutions.
• Maintain clean, organized, safe job sites.
• Complete installation paperwork accurately.
• Collaborate with team for a smooth customer experience.
