Precision Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, and Electric - Louisville, CO is seeking an HVAC Install Manager to lead installation crews and coordinate with Sales, Field Supervisors, and Operations. This full-time leadership role focuses on delivering projects on time and within budget while maintaining high quality and customer satisfaction.

Paid training is provided, with opportunities for growth and advancement. The position offers a competitive salary range and travel up to 25% as needed.

Qualifications

• HVAC installation experience with leadership responsibilities.
• EPA 608 Certification required; NATE certification strongly preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• 5+ years of HVAC installation experience, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or management role.
• Proficiency with ServiceTitan or similar project/service management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, recruit, and develop installation crews.
• Oversee installation projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and quality.
• Coordinate with Sales, Project Managers, and Field Supervisors to schedule projects and allocate resources.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, OSHA, and EPA regulations.
• Review job documentation in ServiceTitan and manage vendor/supplier relationships.
• Communicate with customers to set expectations and resolve concerns.
• Monitor KPIs, labor and material costs, supporting budgeting and forecasting.
• Prepare and present departmental performance reports.
