Qualifications

• HVAC installation experience with leadership responsibilities.
• EPA 608 Certification required; NATE certification strongly preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• 5+ years of HVAC installation experience, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or management role.
• Proficiency with ServiceTitan or similar project/service management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, recruit, and develop installation crews.
• Oversee installation projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and quality.
• Coordinate with Sales, Project Managers, and Field Supervisors to schedule projects and allocate resources.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, OSHA, and EPA regulations.
• Review job documentation in ServiceTitan and manage vendor/supplier relationships.
• Communicate with customers to set expectations and resolve concerns.
• Monitor KPIs, labor and material costs, supporting budgeting and forecasting.
• Prepare and present departmental performance reports.
