Job summary

Gunthers in Lehi, Utah is hiring a Lead HVAC/R Installer to supervise and perform refrigerant line installations and duct fabrication for residential and commercial systems. You will design sheet metal or flex duct, deliver exceptional customer service, lead a team, and ensure safety and quality standards on every job.

3+ years of hvac installation experience and EPA/RMGA certification are required, along with the ability to train others and read blueprints.

Qualifications

3+ years proven experience as an HVAC installer, with refrigeration expertise
EPA and RMGA certification required
Ability to teach and train others
Able to pass an HVAC skills test
Able to interpret blueprints and schematics

Responsibilities

Leads a team in installing refrigerant lines in residential/commercial HVAC systems
Design and install sheet metal or flex duct systems for proper airflow
Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout installation
Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on HVAC equipment
Follows safety standards and company policies
