This full-time, year-round role offers a strong compensation package with a base salary of $80,000–$95,000 plus performance bonus, a take-home company truck, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HVAC installation or management.
• Knowledge of residential HVAC systems, ductwork, electrical, refrigerant piping and airflow.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Knowledge of local HVAC codes and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, and develop residential HVAC installation crews.
• Monitor installation quality, safety, productivity, and performance.
• Handle hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Ensure installations are completed on time, to code, and to company standards.
• Conduct jobsite visits and quality inspections.
• Work with sales, service, warehouse, and dispatch teams to coordinate installations.
• Resolve installation issues and customer concerns.

Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing:

As our HVAC Install Manager, you'll be responsible for leading residential HVAC installation operations, developing your team, and ensuring installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

• Lead, schedule, and develop residential HVAC installation crews

• Monitor installation quality, safety, productivity, and performance

• Handle hiring, training, coaching, and performance management

• Ensure installations are completed on time, to code, and to company standards

• Conduct jobsite visits and quality inspections

• Work with sales, service, warehouse, and dispatch teams to coordinate installations

• Resolve installation issues and customer concerns

• Manage equipment, materials, and labor efficiency

• Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement

• Support pricing approvals and subcontractor coordination

Qualifications

What You'll Need:

• 5+ years of HVAC installation experience or HVAC management experience

• Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems, ductwork, electrical, refrigerant piping, and airflow

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of local HVAC codes and safety requirements

• Valid driver's license

• Basic computer and reporting skills
