Lead & Grow a High-Performing HVAC Install Team!

Are you a motivated leader with experience in residential HVAC installations? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment, coaching and developing teams to deliver top-tier service? Russo Bros. Plumbing, a trusted name in East Hanover, NJ, is looking for an HVAC Install Manager to drive operational success and ensure quality installations, customer satisfaction, and team performance.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead & Develop Your Team – Recruit, train, and mentor top-tier Install Technicians.
• Drive Performance & Quality – Ensure installations meet high-quality standards and are completed on time.
• Manage Costs & Profitability – Oversee departmental budgets, maintain gross profit margins, and track key performance indicators.
• Improve Processes & Efficiency – Streamline scheduling, inventory management, and team assignments for maximum productivity.
• Enhance Customer Satisfaction – Resolve installation concerns, provide excellent service, and maintain lasting client relationships.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience (troubleshooting/service repair a plus).
• Strong leadership & team-building skills – experience managing Install Technicians.
• Proven ability to meet revenue, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Proficiency in Service Titan or similar industry software.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and operational management skills.
  Master NJ HVAC License preferred.
