Job summary

Aperfectclimateinc, a family-owned HVAC company based in Addison, IL, is seeking an experienced HVAC Install Manager to lead residential and light commercial installations across Chicagoland. You will mentor crews, coordinate daily work, ensure quality, safety, and code compliance, and collaborate with ownership, sales, service, and dispatch.

This hands-on leadership role requires 5+ years in HVAC installation, strong knowledge of local codes, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC installation experience with leadership preferred.
• Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems and boilers a plus.
• Proven leadership and team-first mindset.
• Familiarity with Chicagoland codes and permitting.
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
• ServiceTitan experience is a plus.
• EPA Certification required; NATE a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

About the Role

This is a hands-on leadership position overseeing residential and light commercial HVAC installations throughout the Chicagoland area. You’ll support installers in the field, ensure quality workmanship, and work closely with ownership and office staff to keep jobs running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of HVAC installation experience (lead or management preferred)
• Strong residential HVAC knowledge (boilers a plus)
• Proven leadership skills with a team-first mindset
• Familiarity with Chicagoland codes and permitting
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• ServiceTitan experience is a plus
• EPA Certification required (NATE a plus)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
