Howard Air in Phoenix, AZ seeks an experienced HVAC Install Lead to oversee residential and commercial HVAC installations. You will install systems, follow manufacturer and company guidelines, and perform quality checks to ensure reliable operation.
You will interact with customers, maintain safety standards, and document installations. The role requires a valid HVAC license, driver’s license, and at least 3 years of field experience.
We are looking for an experienced HVAC Install Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation of HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties. You will work with advanced tools and ensure all systems are installed correctly and efficiently, delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Work in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust. Reasonable accommodation may be made to perform essential functions.
