Job summary

McAfee Heating and Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced HVAC Lead Installer to drive residential system installations and lead projects. You will ensure quality workmanship, safety, and a superior customer experience on every job.

Responsibilities include installing new heating and cooling systems, coordinating installations, and maintaining clean, safe job sites. EPA 608 Type II certification is required; NATE is a plus. Competitive pay with benefits and year-round work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC equipment installation and ductwork modifications.
• Ability to install indoor and outdoor equipment with minimal supervision.
• EPA Section 608 Certification (Type II required; Universal preferred).
• NATE Certification is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Works in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust.
