Cardinal Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric is seeking an HVAC Install Lead to oversee residential installs in Southern Wisconsin. You will lead crews, mentor installers, ensure high-quality work, and deliver a superior customer experience on every project.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of residential HVAC install experience required.
• Service Titan experience strongly preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass an MVR.
• EPA Certification preferred.
• Knowledge of local HVAC codes and industry best practices.
• Advanced understanding of HVAC system design and installation techniques.
• Knowledge of advanced electrical and refrigeration principles.

Responsibilities

• Independently install and replace residential HVAC systems.
• Able to install garage unit heaters, steam humidifiers, zoning systems, ERV & HRV systems, exhaust fans and set up gas pressure on furnaces.
• Mentor junior technicians.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build trust.
• Navigate crawlspaces and attics; ensure safe, efficient operation.
• Coordinate with customer service and dispatch; maintain organized truck/site.
• Participate in training, meetings, and company events; train apprentices.
• Complete invoices, timecards, and documentation accurately and on time.
