Job summary

South West Plumbing is seeking experienced HVAC Install Leads to join our residential retrofit team in the Seattle area. You will install HVAC systems, perform duct design and full fabrication, and conduct system startups with zoning installations. Lead trainees and ensure clear communication with customers during installs.

We offer a competitive pay range of $35-$45 per hour DOE, weekly pay, and a monthly bonus up to $4,000, along with health premiums, 401K contributions, holidays, and uniforms.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience installing HVAC equipment.
• Proficient in refrigeration line brazing and sheet metal work.
• Able to read and implement duct design and layouts.
• Strong communication with customers.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

We are looking to hire experienced HVAC Install Leads to our growing team!

Compensation and Benefits:

• Most competitive pay in the industry: $35-$45/hr DOE + Monthly bonus (up to $4,000)

Requirements

• Experienced and Proficient in installing HVAC equipment (3+years experience preferred)
• Refrigeration line brazing/ sheet metal transition building proficiency.
• Install All HVAC comfort systems including: duct design, install layout, and full fabrication.
• Perform full system startups on all systems including zoning installations.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to talk about the install with customers.
• Able to preform full system startups on all systems.
• Able to fabricate multi-kick transitions, offset fittings, and base cans.
• Leadership to allow trainees to grow and develop.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Clean driving record.
• Be comfortable with and physically able to safely help lift heavy equipment, climb ladders, work in tight corners, and in all weather conditions.
