Moncrief Heating & Air Conditioning, now part of the Ace Hardware Home Services family, is seeking an HVAC assistant installer. You will work under a Lead Installer, help troubleshoot, and maintain logs while ensuring top‑notch customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required with at least 3 years of US driving experience.
• 1 year Residential HVAC Service experience preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with ductwork, piping, oil, geothermal, and air flow preferred.
• HVAC EPA Certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work under supervision of a Lead HVAC Installer.
• Assist with troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate logs of all work performed.
• Ensure reputation for superior service during customer interactions.
• Complete special projects as assigned.
