Southern Home Services seeks an HVAC Install Helper to assist the Lead Install Technician with residential HVAC system installations, upgrades, and replacements. You will deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless, high-quality experience for every client.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license with 3+ years driving experience.
• Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to read and write effectively for job documents and instructions.
• Basic PC use and familiarity with MS Office; able to manage emails on devices.
• Flexible, team-oriented, and able to adapt in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist in installation, upgrades, and replacements of HVAC systems.
• Conduct checks to prevent callbacks and ensure optimal performance.
• Adhere to safety regulations and appliance standards.
• Maintain tools, parts, and the vehicle; protect clients' property.
• Meet appointments and on-call hours; complete work safely in tight spaces.
• Perform lifts and physical tasks up to 50+ pounds; work from ladders and scaffolds.
• Handle various weather conditions and non-standard job sites.
