Southern Home Services is hiring an HVAC Install Helper to assist the Lead Install Technician with installation, upgrades, and replacements of residential HVAC systems. You will help deliver a high-quality customer experience and ensure safety and cleanliness on every job.

This non-exempt role requires physical work, lifting up to 100 pounds, driving, and the ability to work in various weather conditions. We offer weekly pay, benefits, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must deliver high-quality workmanship and customer service.
• Ability to read and write clearly in English.
• Valid driver’s license with at least three years of driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist HVAC Lead Install Technician with installation, upgrades, and replacements in residential properties.
• Conduct checks to prevent callbacks and ensure optimal performance.
• Maintain tools, parts, and vehicle in clean, organized condition.
• Protect client property with floor savers and drop cloths; keep work area neat.
• Meet scheduled appointments and on-call hours; work in attics, crawl spaces, and varying weather.
