Frank Gay Services in Ocala, FL is seeking an HVAC Install Helper to support residential installations, test systems, read schematics, and calibrate equipment. You will help ensure accuracy, quality, and safety on each job while building your skills.

You will work with a collaborative team, receive ongoing training, and have growth opportunities within a transparent management structure. A 1-year HVAC installation background is required, with strong mechanical aptitude and customer-service focus.

Qualifications

• 1 year of residential HVAC installation experience minimum.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in the safe use and maintenance of HVAC tools.
• Must pass motor vehicle, background check, and drug screen.
• Physical dexterity.

Compensation:

• $75,000 - $125,000+/yr

What YOU Will Do:

• Analyze work orders, address customer concerns, and perform HVAC installations with attention to detail and quality

What We Need from YOU:

• Helper Position: 1 year of residential HVAC installation experience minimum

• Strong mechanical aptitude and customer service skills

• Proficiency in the safe use and maintenance of HVAC tools and equipment
