The role emphasizes strong customer service, safety adherence, and the ability to work in varying environments, including attics and crawl spaces, with physical tasks such as lifting and strenuous work.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license with at least 3 years of driving experience.
• Bilingual candidates encouraged; Spanish-speaking team leads available to support.
• Basic PC/MS Office familiarity and ability to access email.
• Ability to read and write effectively for clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist the HVAC Lead Install Technician with installation, upgrades, and replacements.
• Ensure customer service is seamless and of high quality for every client.
• Maintain tools, parts, and the vehicle in a clean, organized state.
• Follow safety regulations and protect client property during work.
• Meet scheduled appointments and on-call hours; handle physical tasks as needed.
