Parker’s Heating & Cooling in Murfreesboro, TN is seeking a Lead HVAC Installer with EPA Certification and 5+ years of installation experience. You will assist the Lead Installer to install HVAC equipment, deliver superb customer service, and follow all policies to ensure quality work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC installation experience with EPA certification.
• Ability to follow detailed directions from Lead Installer.
• Flexible shifts, on-call schedules, and changing work hours.

• Physically capable to work outdoors, on ladders, and in crawl spaces.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lead Installer to install HVAC equipment at customer residences and businesses per company policies and manufacturer specs.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Follow all company policies and procedures to complete jobs accurately and efficiently.
