Job summary

Parker’s Heating & Cooling in Murfreesboro, TN is seeking a Lead HVAC Installer with EPA Certification and 5+ years of installation experience. You will assist the Lead Installer to install HVAC equipment, deliver superb customer service, and follow all policies to ensure quality work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC installation experience with EPA certification.
• Ability to follow detailed directions from Lead Installer.

Brief Job Description

• Assist Lead man to install HVAC equipment at customer's houses and places of business according to company policies and manufactures specifications
• Deliver excellent customer service and sustain high levels of customer satisfaction
• Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure jobs are completed as accurately and efficiently as possible

Position Requirements

• Ability to follow and execute detailed directions from Lead Installer
• Ability to work flexible shifts, occasional on call schedules, and to adapt to changing work schedules
• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Familiarity with mobile tools and applications
• Physically capable to work in all outdoor environments and able to perform duties such as working on ladders and in crawl spaces
• Team oriented with a positive attitude
• Dependable and Hardworking
