Job summary

Topline Heating & Air is seeking an entry-level Residential HVAC Install Helper to support the Lead Installer on site. This role offers hands-on training, a team-focused environment, and a clear path to grow in the HVAC trade.

You will assist with equipment removal and installation, duct work, soldering, refrigerant handling, and measurements. Pay ranges from $17 to $20 per hour, with benefits including medical, 401k, paid vacation, uniforms, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license.
• Demonstrate the mental aptitude and physical ability required to do the job.
• Excellent communication & customer service skills.
• Ability to climb in attics, under houses and in box trucks in extreme temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lead Installer with installation tasks including removal, installation, duct repair, soldering, venting and refrigerant handling.
• Load trucks with materials, tools, and equipment as instructed by Lead Installer.
• Learn proper install methods from Install Lead.
