Topline Heating & Air in Enon, OH is seeking an eager entry-level Residential HVAC Install Helper to assist the Lead Installer on the job and start your HVAC career on the right track. You will gain hands-on experience with equipment removal and installation, duct work, refrigerant handling, and learning proper install methods from the Lead Installer.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills required.
• Able to work in attics, under houses, and in varying temperatures.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lead Installer with installation tasks and preparation.
• Load trucks with materials, tools, and equipment as instructed.
• Learn proper installation methods from the Lead Installer.
