Job summary

Topline Heating & Air is seeking an eager and enthusiastic entry-level Residential HVAC Install Helper to support the Lead Installer on residential projects in Ohio. This role is ideal to start your HVAC career in a 5 star, family-oriented atmosphere.

You will learn installation skills, assist with equipment removal and new installation, and gain hands-on experience while loading trucks and preparing materials. This entry-level position offers growth and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role supporting lead installer on residential HVAC installs.
• Ability to climb in attics and crawl spaces in extreme temperatures.
• Must have a valid driver's license and high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lead Installer with removal and installation of HVAC equipment, duct work, refrigerant handling, and basic plumbing/electrical tasks.
• Load trucks with materials and tools as instructed.
• Learn proper install methods from the Install Lead.
