Job summary

Topline Heating & Air is seeking an eager and enthusiastic entry-level Residential HVAC Install Helper. The essential function is to assist the Lead installer on the job, starting a HVAC career in a 5 star family oriented atmosphere.

The role offers a path for growth with medical benefits, 401k, paid vacation, uniforms, continuing training and education, and a high energy team culture. Pay is $17-$20 per hour, Monday to Friday, full-time. An equal opportunity employer welcomes applicants.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license (DL).
• Demonstrate the mental aptitude and physical ability required to do the job.
• Excellent communication & customer service skills.
• Ability to climb in attics, under houses and in box trucks in extreme temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lead Installer in carrying out full HVAC installation skills such as equipment removal, installation of new units, duct repair/replacement, soldering, venting flues, refrigerant handling, and measuring system parameters.
• Load trucks with materials, tools, and equipment as instructed by Lead Installer.
• Learn proper install methods from Install Lead.
