Dave’s World is expanding in Maine and is looking for a motivated HVAC Install Helper to join our experienced installation team. This position offers an opportunity to learn the trade while working with your hands and helping customers.

No extensive experience is required, just a great attitude and strong work ethic. You'll assist with HVAC installations and learn from skilled technicians. Benefits include medical insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and more.

• Keep job sites clean and organized.
• Deliver outstanding customer service.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with residential HVAC installations
• Help install furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and related equipment
• Safely use hand and power tools on the job
• Load and unload materials and equipment
• Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe
• Learn installation techniques from experienced technicians
• Deliver outstanding customer service in customers’ homes

What We’re Looking For

• Valid driver’s license
• Comfortable using power tools, climb ladders, lift over 50-75lbs, get into attics spaces, able to work hard
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure
• Mechanically inclined with a willingness to learn
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Reliable, dependable, and eager to build a career in the skilled trades
