Dave’s World in Augusta, ME is hiring an HVAC Install Helper to support our installation team. No extensive experience is required—just a great attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.

You will assist with residential HVAC installations, help install furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and related equipment, while safely using tools and delivering excellent customer service in customers' homes.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Comfortable using power tools, climb ladders, lift over 50-75lbs, get into attic spaces, able to work hard.
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure.
• Mechanically inclined with a willingness to learn.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Reliable, dependable, and eager to build a career in the skilled trades.

Responsibilities

• Assist with residential HVAC installations.
• Help install furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and related equipment.
• Safely use hand and power tools on the job.
• Load and unload materials and equipment.
• Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe.
• Learn installation techniques from experienced technicians.
