Dave’s World in Augusta, ME is seeking an HVAC Install Helper to support our installation team with residential HVAC projects. No extensive experience is required—just a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a positive attitude.

You will assist with installing furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and related equipment, while safely using tools and helping to keep sites organized and customer-focused. This role offers training, growth, and solid benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license or equivalent required.

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver's license
• Comfortable using power tools, climb ladders, lift over 50-75lbs, get into attics spaces, able to work hard
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure
• Mechanically inclined with a willingness to learn
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Reliable, dependable, and eager to build a career in the skilled trades
