About The Position

As an HVAC Apprentice, you will work as part of a dynamic team to demonstrate technical skills and exceed customer expectations through high-quality installations. You will collaborate closely with the lead installer and installation manager to complete jobs on time and within budget, supporting the company's financial goals.

Essential Job Functions

• Assist lead installer in HVAC system installations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
• Establish rapport with customers to ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Present yourself professionally to gain referrals and repeat business.
• Properly stage jobs and adhere to quality checklists.
• Support in maintaining a clean, organized job site and well-stocked truck.
• Participate in training to improve installation skills.
• Complete accurate and timely paperwork.

• Knowledge of installation and venting codes.
• Clean driving record.

Working Conditions/Physical Demands

Experience/Education

• Reliable transportation required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

License/Certification

• EPA Type II (preferred).
• Driver's License (required).

Compensation

$30% Piece Rate
