Key Responsibilities:

• Perform essential tasks in HVAC system installations, including ductwork, drains, line sets, venting, low-voltage wiring, and gas piping.
• Assist the lead technician with the installation and ensure all components of the system are set up correctly.
• Ability to work in various environments (attics, crawl spaces, rooftops) and perform tasks safely while using ladders and other company tools.
• Communicate clearly with customers and contractors to answer questions about the project.
• Adhere to all company safety regulations, OSHA guidelines, and procedures.
• Lift and move materials weighing 50-100 lbs regularly.
• Ensure all required paperwork is completed neatly, accurately, and on time.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Represent the company positively through your performance, attitude, and knowledge.
• Complete any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks.
• Install experience is a plus.
