The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of residential HVAC experience, basic mechanical understanding, and excellent communication skills. EPA certification and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as HVAC install helper, minimum 1 year in residential settings.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and maintenance.
• Ability to follow instructions and diagrams while working efficiently.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• EPA Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in installing HVAC systems to required standards and timelines.
• Perform regular maintenance tasks such as replacing filters and cleaning systems.

The HVAC Helper’s responsibilities include assisting with installations, Troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance of HVAC systems, and performing routine checks and inspections.

The ideal candidate should have basic mechanical understanding, exhibit excellent communication skills and have a keen interest in the field of Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning.

• Assist in installing HVAC systems to the required standards and timelines.

• Assist in diagnosing and fixing any issues found in HVAC systems including failures and inefficiencies
• Help in carrying out routine inspections of equipment and fixtures
