Synergy Companies is seeking an HVAC Install helper to join our Fresno team. The role involves installing, inspecting, and maintaining heating and cooling systems across California, with emphasis on safety and efficiency.

EPA certification is required and familiarity with wiring diagrams is preferred. Ideal candidates will handle physical labor, work with a team, and contribute to timely project completion while adhering to all codes and regulations.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in HVAC or related fields preferred.
• Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• EPA certification (required).
• Understanding of roles, regulations, and codes.

• Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
• Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Test and seal ducting systems.
• Provide necessary support to other team members to complete tasks on time.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in HVAC or other related fields preferred
• familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams
• ability to handle physical workload
• strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• High school graduate or equivalent
• EPA certification (required)
• Understanding of roles, regulations, and codes
• ability to climb, stoop, balance, Crouch, and/ or kneel continually

Responsibilities:

• install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
• Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
• Perform routine preventative maintenance
• Respond to emergency maintenance request
• adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• test and sealing of ducting systems
• provide necessary support to other team members to be able to complete task on time
