Magnolia Heating and Cooling is seeking an HVAC Installer Helper in Riverside, CA. You will assist with residential installations, help load and organize gear, and support safe job-site setup while learning the trade.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of HVAC Installer Helper experience.
• Valid driver’s license preferred with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Assist HVAC Installers with residential system installations and replacements.
• Help load, unload, and organize equipment, materials, and tools.
• Assist with preparing job sites and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
• Support installers with ductwork, equipment setup, and installation tasks.
• Follow safety guidelines and company installation standards.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members.
