Legacy Reno is seeking HVAC Install Helpers to join our team. You will work closely with the Installation department to provide timely and accurate installations in line with company standards and procedures.

Qualifications

• Basic HVAC knowledge.
• Must pass motor vehicle, background check and drug screen.
• Good work ethic and willingness to learn new methods.
• Physical dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Installation department to provide timely and accurate installation per company standards.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Analyze work orders, follow daily travel schedule and address customer concerns.
• Request necessary parts and verify truck is loaded with materials for each job.
• Document work performed according to company procedure.
• Maintain knowledge of HVAC codes and standards.
• Maintain professional conduct and appearance in all conditions.
• Fulfill other duties as assigned.

What you will do:

• Work closely with the Installation department and any others necessary to provide timely and accurate installation in accordance with company standards and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Serve customers by analyzing work orders, following daily travel schedule, listening to customer concerns, performing designated work, and proactively solving problems.
• For each installation job, request necessary parts & equipment needed in advance and verify truck is loaded properly with all materials needed to complete it.
• Document work performed in accordance with company procedure.
• Maintain current knowledge of HVAC codes and standards.
• Maintain professional conduct and appearance in all working conditions.
• All other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor/manager.
