Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Installation department to provide timely installations.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Analyze work orders and follow the daily travel schedule.
• Request necessary parts and equipment prior to jobs.
• Document work performed in accordance with company procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of HVAC codes and standards.
• Maintain professional appearance at all times.
• Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor.

We are hosting a hiring day on Tuesday, June 9th from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM. We are looking for HVAC Technicians, HVAC Installers, Comfort Advisors, Plumbing technicians, Plumbing Installers and Plumbing Sales Technicians. Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Installation department and any others necessary to provide timely and accurate installation in accordance with company standards and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Serve customers by analyzing work orders, following daily travel schedule, listening to customer concerns, performing designated work, and proactively solving problems.
• For each installation job, request necessary parts & equipment needed in advance and verify truck is loaded properly with all materials needed to complete it.
• Document work performed in accordance with company procedure.
• Maintain current knowledge of HVAC codes and standards.
• Maintain professional conduct and appearance in all working conditions.
• All other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor/manager.
