• Willingness to work in various weather conditions and confined spaces.
• Basic math skills for measuring and calculating.

• Adherence to all safety regulations and protocols.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and on-call shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead HVAC installer with installation of HVAC systems.
• Transport tools, materials, and equipment to job sites.
• Prepare and clean work areas for installation tasks.
• Measure and cut sheet metal or ductwork accurately.
• Support in assembling and installing ductwork and piping systems.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures.
• Maintain tools and equipment.
• Assist in troubleshooting HVAC systems.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
• Help with removal and disposal of old HVAC units.
• Document work performed and report issues.
• Participate in training sessions to improve skills.
