Qualifications

• The role requires 1–5 years of HVAC installation experience and appropriate certification.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC equipment per safety rules, company standards and manufacturer specs.
• Pre-measure job sites to properly plan installations.
• Ensure compliance with appliance standards and OSHA.
• Track repairs and work in Service Titan.
• Inform customers about issues, solutions, and outcomes while recommending products.

What You'll Do:

• Install HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications
• Pre-measure job sitesin order toproperly prepare for installation
• Ensure compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act
• Track repairs and work completed in trade software, Service Titan
• Engage with customer/client to inform them of issue,solutionand outcome; recommend products and services foroptimalsystem performance

What You'll Bring:

• 1-5 Years HVAC installation experience preferred
• HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school
• An outstanding work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record
• Professionalism, you take pride in your work and your appearance
• Ability to handle heavy equipment and work outdoors.
