Local Oakland County Heating and Cooling company with 27 years of experience is expanding. We are seeking candidates with a good employment and driving record, who can pass a criminal background check and drug test. Basic understanding of tools and willingness to learn are highly beneficial. Reliable transportation is required. HVAC schooling or experience is preferred.

Compensation starts at $20.00 per hour and increases based on experience. Benefits include HVAC training, 401(k) with employer match, medical, vision, and dental options, and a long-term income plan. This is a full-time position.

The initial duties involve assisting in the installation of residential HVAC equipment and ductwork, with training to advance in other areas of the field. Applicants should reside in Oakland County and be able to report to our shop in Clarkston, MI every morning.
