Job Title: HVAC Install Helper
Location: Lewiston, ID
Pay: $18-$24/hr (DOE)
Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 am to 4:00 pm (with OT and occasional Fridays as needed)
Benefits: 401K with up to a 4% employer match. Medical, dental, and vision–100% paid for by the employer. Paid holidays, vacation, and paid sick leave.
Position Type: Full-time

Position Summary:
As an Installer Helper, you’ll play a key support role in the installation of heating and air conditioning systems, ductwork, and related accessories. Under the guidance of our Lead Installers and Field Operations Supervisor, you’ll gain real-world experience in both residential and commercial projects — all while ensuring customer satisfaction and high-quality workmanship.

Key Qualification:

Must-Haves:

High school diploma or GED

Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to lift up to 100 lbs overhead with assistance

Basic tool knowledge: tape measure, drills, hammer, ladders, etc.

Willingness to follow safety protocols and company dress code

Punctuality, professionalism, and a team-player attitude

Preferred:

Trade school or relevant certificate

NATE “Ready to Work” certification

Prior experience or education in HVAC systems
