Job Summary: We are looking for someone who is looking to get into the HVAC field as a Helper to join our team! In this role, you will install heating and air conditioning systems in residences or commercial establishments with a Lead Installer.

Having past experience in HVAC is a plus. A team player who is comfortable working as a team and would like to grow into a Lead Installer or Service Technician. Love the feeling of a job well done and take pride in completing customer jobs with efficiency. A positive attitude is a must!

Responsibilities:

1. Help Lead Installer with removing and installing new HVAC Equipment.
2. Establish customer rapport to ensure the highest levels of satisfaction.
3. Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring.

Qualifications:

1. Valid Driver's License
2. EPA Certification
3. Ability to climb ladders, crawl, and lift 40 pounds.
