Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of HVAC experience in residential settings.
• Valid driver’s license with ≥3 years driving experience.
• EPA certification for environmental compliance.
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication.
• Ability to work with a team and mentor others.
• Willingness to lift 50–100 lbs and work in varying conditions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation, upgrade, and replacement of residential HVAC systems.
• Lead a team of technicians to ensure quality and safety.
• Train and mentor Install Helpers on job sites and in shop.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and communicate with homeowners.
• Maintain organized tools, inventory, and vehicle.
• Ensure compliance with appliance standards and safety regulations.
• Handle physical tasks and work in extreme conditions.
